About a Reservation
KAWAII MONSTER CAFE ties up with “Voyagin” service which enables customers
to reserve in various languages such as English, Chinese and, French.
Paying with your preferred currency is possible as well. Please visit the link below
for smoother reservation.
“Voyagin”Reservation flow

1.When you click the Book It button,
You will be able to choose one or more options and book the experience. -
2. After that, you will be prompted to review your order and enter your payment information:You can either pay visa credit card or with PayPal.

3. When you book, you are submitting a booking request to Voyagin.
This does not mean that your request has automatically been accepted.
Voyagin usually respond within a couple hours, but have up to 3 days or until your preferred date/time, whichever is sooner, before your request expires. - If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with your full itinerary, your host’s contact information, and any notes Voyagin has shared, for example what to Bring.
If your Voyagin declines your booking request or lets it expire, you will receive a full refund.

・Reservation form is requested by the 3 days before (reservation by phone is accepted).
・If already full booked, We might not be able to reserve some of your request.
